Elisa Farruggia
Assistant Project Manager
Elisa reached a milestone in her career when she was promoted to Assistant Project Manager at TGAS. She has brought a rich variety of experience and skills to this role, which range from designs of landscapes, interiors, and exteriors. Her areas of expertise involve restoration and conservation of existing historic buildings and urban infrastructure development. Elisa’s never-ending love and dedication for art, drawing, and illustration reflects in her work, along with the passion for architecture she shows ever since receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Palermo, Italy.
Elisa previously volunteered as a guide for FAI (www.fondoambiente.it/) for several years, which gave her the chance to put her public speaking skills to work and to share her love for art and architecture with the general public. She also brings great organization, team-working and multi-tasking skills to TGAS, which will contribute greatly to the firm’s future growth. Elisa is especially inspired by architects that use nature in their work, and is trained to see beauty in the “less is more” designs of Frank Lloyd Wright and the eccentricity of nature in Antoni Gaudi. When not working, Elisa loves taking little hikes, discovering as many national parks as she can, watching a good series or going to the movie theater. She also loves arts and crafts, such as drawing and crochet, and enjoys thrifting every now and then.
