tamr is a successful young tech startup company that is rapidly expanding, and they needed a flexible space which could simultaneously impress their most important clients, while also functioning as a collaborative space for their software programmers. Located on the fourth floor of a street corner, existing windows already provided terrific views of Harvard Square, our clients’ chosen headquarters, so we expanded upon this feature. An open floor plan helps saturate the new space with daylight, shares the many views, and encourages collaboration. Glass partitions and doors further enhance this experience, while bright, neutral colors produce an atmosphere of sleek vibrancy.  Polished concrete floors complete the look of this interior space, not only as an appropriately contemporary finish but also because of its reflective characteristics and ease to maintain.
