Harvard’s Advanced Leadership program is a platform for innovation. The design of this office reflects these diverse, even challenging needs, with built-in flexibility for changing requirements, capacities and uses. For instance, library lounges are transformed into lecture halls; cafés set the stage for chance encounters, promoting discussion; and intimate or large-scale conference rooms allow for the size of a group to fluctuate. Academic excellence is always expected at the university, and here that expectation is turned up a notch.
