The Galante Architecture Studio worked together with a team of developers led by OnyxGroup Realty and Development, LLC to design 33 multi-family homes that would house 60 apartments of varying sizes.

The approach focused primarily on incorporating biophilic design into the development that would allow it to seamlessly flow the new houses into the existing landscape. Key environmental features of this project included the preservation of existing trees, protection of natural moth migration pathways, and construction passive houses with the use of geothermal wells, solar panels, and the harnessing of waste heat.
