Partnering with OnyxGroup Realty and Development LLC, The Galante Architecture Studio developed conceptual plans and renders for an affordable housing complex titled “Cass Crossing”.

Located in Lower Roxbury on the corner of Melnea Cass Boulevard and Tremont Street, the 9-story multi-home complex contains over 100 studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments spanning across multiple parcels. Two structures on separate parcels are connected by footbridges providing pedestrian traffic routes between the towers. Sidewalk access, trees, and bike lanes adjacent to the building helps create safer pedestrian traffic on one of Boston’s most dangerous roads.
